ECO-MW Construction Method
(Method for Eco-Friendly Soil Cement Continuous Wall)NETIS KK-050019-A
Product conforming to “Designated Procurement Items” of the Act on Promoting Green Procurement

The ECO-MW construction method is a method that greatly reduces the amount of generated mud and stone as industrial waste, by reducing the volume of cement milk in construction work using the conventional work method of continuous soil cement walls in which mixing is performed in the original position for the continuous wall. The fluidization agent Aron Soil, which has been especially developed for this method, is used to ensure workability (removal work for mud and soil, easiness in inserting core material, etc.) superior to the conventional method and to reduce the volume of cement milk without impairing quality. Furthermore, the ECO-MW construction method can significantly reduce CO2 emissions.

Characteristics

  1. Eco-friendly
    • Construction mud is reduced to 50% to 60% of the conventional method
    • Reduction of large damped motor lorry for transport → Alleviation of inconvenience to the neighborhood
    • CO2 emissions are reduced by about 40% compared to the conventional method
  2. High economic efficiency
    • The amount of materials used (cement, bentonite, water) is about 50% compared to the conventional method
    • Reduction of cost for processing construction mud
    • Shorter time for building walls thanks to improved workability
  3. Outstanding quality
    • High precision quality achieved by the use of Aron Soil → Improvement of strength and cut-off performance
    • Improved homogeneity achieved by superior mixing property
    • Insertion of core material is smooth → Improvement of positioning accuracy
